Our advisors will work closely with groups of teachers to improve their teaching and learning skills, which can lead to better student outcomes. Coaches will work with teachers to:

• Identify goals: Coaches and teachers work together to determine where the teacher's teaching is currently and what goals they want to achieve. 
• Choose strategies: Coaches and teachers work together to select teaching strategies to help meet the goals. 
• Monitor progress: Coaches and teachers work together to monitor the teacher's progress toward their goals.

• Encourage reflection: Coaches encourage teachers to reflect on their teaching and learning.
